Since we deal in custom-make clothing, we only accept an exchange / return if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, defective fabric or the wrong product.

All exchange or return requests related to receiving the wrong product or manufacturing defects should be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

To process an exchange or return please email us at info@topqlo.com or WhatsApp/ call us on 9711918977 with your order details, the reason for return and a picture of the wrong/damaged product. Unpacking video will be required in case of wrong product received.

Upon receipt of your email, our customer service representative will collect the product within 120 Hours. Upon receipt of your returned products, our quality team will check the product, we clear your Refund within 96 hours from the date of receipt of returned products. The amount of the refund will be credited to your credit/debit card account as the case may be. International exchanges/ returns will not be processed.

For all products purchased from any website/ marketplace other than www.topqlo.com, we cannot offer any direct alterations/ exchanges/ returns/ refunds. This will have to be requested directly with the website/ marketplace from where the order was placed.
